A nice soft detergent that smells like a mix of roses and musk.
Steamery’s Delicate detergent is environmentally friendly and consists only of naturally degradable materials. The detergent breaks down within hours of use. The palm oil used in it is certified and does not come from cleared rainforests. This detergent is produced in Östergötland (Sweden) in a climate neutral factory.

Are both sides of the duvet cover and bedspread made of linen?

Yes, both sides of the duvet covers and bedspreads are made of 100% sustainable European linen. This way you fully enjoy the unique properties of linen. All products in our collection are made of 100% linen.

Is the duvet cover delivered including pillowcases?

Yes, we sell the duvet covers as a set, so with 1 or 2 pillowcases. This way you are sure that all items have exactly the same colour, because they come from the same dye bath.

What are the shipping costs?

We deliver your order free of charge if the order value is higher than € 75.00 (NL/BE). For orders under € 75 the shipping costs are € 5.95 for the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries the shipping costs will be shown on the checkout page.

How quickly is an order shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can always return or exchange a product. The product may of course not have been washed or used. And the size stickers must not have been removed. You have 2 weeks to decide whether you want to keep your purchase.

I am hesitating between colours. Can I request colour samples?

Yes, we can send you (free) colour samples. You can request these colour samples here.

I live abroad. Do you ship orders worldwide?

Yes, we ship your order to any place in the world. When you select your country on the checkout page, you will see the shipping costs.

Yes, you can. I do not have a beautiful shop, but I do have a warehouse where I can show you everything. You can also purchase items directly there if you want. Why do you really sleep better under linen bedding?

Linen has several special properties that ensure you really sleep better. Linen bedding is airy and breathable. It keeps your body at the right temperature, which means you fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. It contains no dust mites, is antibacterial and can absorb a lot of moisture without becoming damp itself. So it is ideal for people who perspire a lot at night.

Why is an Oeko-Tex® certificate important for your bedding?

The linen bedding from Casa Comodo carries an Oeko-Tex® certificate. It has been tested for more than 1,000 harmful chemicals. Only with an Oeko-Tex® certificate can you be sure that your bedding is free of harmful chemicals and pesticides.

Is linen bedding suitable for every season?

Yes, linen bedding is wonderful to sleep under in every season. It feels cool in summer and warm in winter. Whatever the weather, linen makes sure that your body stays at the right temperature.

Which duvet cover is the best choice if you are allergic to dust mites?

If you are allergic to dust mites, the choice of bedding is very important. Which bedding is best to choose if you are allergic to dust mites? Our answer is linen. Why? Linen does not contain dust mites!

I have hot flushes at night, is linen bedding suitable for me?

Yes, linen is the nicest textile if you suffer from hot flushes that keep you awake. Linen can retain warmth when you feel cold, but releases the heat when you feel warm. That makes linen bedding so suitable for people who suffer from hot flushes and perspire a lot. Linen is airy and breathable.

Why is linen bedding so sustainable?

Linen is made from the flax plant, which grows on rainwater and without harmful pesticides in the coastal areas of France, Belgium and the Netherlands. The entire plant is processed into linen. This is a sustainable production process that is labour-intensive. Linen is also sustainable in maintenance and use. If you treat linen well, it will last a long time (it does eventually wear out). Linen may only be washed at a low temperature (max 40 degrees) and dried at a low temperature (this uses less energy).

What is the best way to wash linen bedding?

Wash linen bedding at a maximum of 40 degrees. Dry it on the washing line or at a low temperature in the dryer. Never wash or dry your linen bedding at a high temperature, as this can cause the fibres to break. And use a mild detergent for your linen bedding.
