The Mungo crib blankets are woven on a 100-year-old Old Lancashire loom at Mungo Design in South Africa. The baby blanket is loosely woven on this special old loom, making it feel soft and “loose”.
The crib blanket is made of 100% pure organic cotton. No pesticides have been used to grow the cotton plant. “Non-toxic to babies and the earth” is the motto of Mungo Design.
The texture of the fabric is designed to be soft on the baby’s skin. The fabric is warm, sturdy but also breathable so that babies can sleep comfortably under it.
