Delivery time

We will carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We aim to ship your order to you within 1-2 business days. However, not always we manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

Should we not meet the delivery time for any reason, we will of course notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

Prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are:

€3.95 for orders with a total amount less than €75.00;
Free for orders (plus one-time free returns from the Netherlands and Belgium) from €75.00 and above

Delivery is made via PostNL’s letter carrier or parcel delivery service. Generally, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Not at home when the package is delivered? No problem, you can then pick it up at a PostNL location. The order stays here for 7 days. If you do not pick up your order, we are forced to charge you the shipping costs of €6.95 (this applies to the Netherlands and Belgium). For other countries, we have shipping and handling charges per country that are passed on.
