You want to return a product? Of course you can!
How do we work?
If your purchase at Casa Comodo does not meet your expectations, you have the right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. Return shipping costs are at your expense for orders under €75.00. You can return your order free of charge if the order amount of this product exceeds € 75.00 (for NL and BE). This also applies if you want to exchange a product. You can return or exchange a product once for free when ordering over $75.00.
If you do not use our return label, the cost of returning the item is always the customer’s responsibility. Packages you return on your own will not be picked up by us at a pickup location.
On the return form sent with your order, you will find all the information on how to register and return a product. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The order amount will be refunded within 14 days (after receiving the product in good condition).
Return packages without a completed return form cannot be processed by us and will be returned.
For packages left at a PostNL location and then not picked up, a €6.95 shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
If you live outside the Netherlands or Belgium, the return costs are always the customer’s responsibility.
There may be times when you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don’t like the product after all, or maybe there is some other reason why you wouldn’t want the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the order amount. You can return for free (once only) if the order value of the product exceeds € 75,00 (for NL & BE). Only the cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense if your order is less than €75.00. These costs will then be €6.95 per package and €5.95 for a letterbox package. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Return costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium are always the responsibility of the customer.
Bedding and other textile products must not have been washed or used. Size stickers on the bedding must not have been removed. This is to ensure 100% hygiene for each.
To exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
Want to exchange a product? That’s not a problem at all. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for this. Again, free (one-time) returns if the order value of the product exceeds €75.00. If the order value of the product is less than €75.00, the return costs are to be borne by the customer. The shipping costs for exchanging products outside the Netherlands and Belgium are always the customer’s responsibility.
Products that are discounted or specially customized for you cannot be exchanged.
