You want to return a product? Of course you can!
How do we work?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to register a product within 14 days of receipt for return without giving any reason. After this notification you have another 14 days to actually return the product. The shipping costs for the return are for your account for orders under € 75.00. You can return your order free of charge if the order amount of this product is higher than € 75.00
The order amount will be refunded within 14 days (after receipt of the product in good condition).
For packages that are located at a PostNL location and are not subsequently collected, an amount of € 6.95 for shipping costs is charged to the customer.
Reflection time / return
It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not like it or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the order amount. You can return free of charge if the order value of the product is higher than € 75.00. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account if your order is less than € 75.00. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 per package and € 3.95 for a mailbox package. For the exact rates, consult the website of your carrier. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.
Bedding and other textile products must not be washed or used. Size stickers on the bedding must not be removed. This is to guarantee for every 100% hygiene.
To use this right you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged during a return.
Do you want to exchange a product?
That is no problem at all. You can contact email@example.com for this. Here too: free returns if the order value of the product is higher than € 75.00. If the order value of the product is lower than € 75.00, then the return costs will be charged to the customer.
Products that are discounted or specially tailored for you can not be exchanged.
