You want to return a product? Of course you can!
How do we work?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. The shipping costs for the return are for your account for orders under € 75.00. You can return your order for free if the order amount for this product is higher than € 75.00 (for NL and BE). This also applies if you want to exchange a product. You can return or exchange a product for free once with an order above € 75.00
The order amount will be refunded within 14 days (after receipt of the product in good condition).
For packages that are at a PostNL location and are not subsequently picked up, an amount of € 6.95 will be charged to the customer for shipping costs.
Reflection time / return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the order amount. You can return for free (once) if the order value of the product is higher than € 75.00 (for NL & BE). Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account if your order is lower than € 75.00. These costs then amount to approximately 6.95 per package and € 4.95 for a letterbox package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Return costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium are always at the expense of the customer.
Bed linen and other textile products must not have been washed or used. Size stickers on the bedding must not be removed. This is to guarantee 100% hygiene for everyone.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via email@example.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

Do you want to exchange a product? That is no problem at all. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for this. The following also applies here: free (one-off) return if the order value of the product is higher than € 75.00. If the order value of the product is lower than € 75.00, the return costs will be borne by the customer. The shipping costs for exchanging products outside the Netherlands and Belgium are always at the expense of the customer.
Products that are discounted or custom-made for you cannot be exchanged.
